As part of HR Development Program for National employees, Texcal Mahato EP FZCO has sent the operators to have Production Operation Certification at PPSDM Migas, Cepu in February 2023.
This mandatory certification program shall include production technique methodologies, oil separation process, compression and gas utilization, instrumentation and Shut Down System, usage of production operation machine, and reservoir characteristic of rock and fluid.
The target is to provide the employees with the knowledge of aspects of onshore production operation and able to follow Sertifikasi Tenaga Teknik Khusus (STTK) Operasi Produksi as required for their jobs to be aligned with the regulations.
