The handover of Certificate for Tim Penyusun PTK-007 Revisi 5 Tahun 2023 from SKK Migas by the Deputy of Business Support, Mr. Rudi Satwiko, to Texcal Energy Mahato Inc.’s PSCM Manager, Mr. Choliq Triananta, on the 2nd day of October 2023 was successfully granted at Wisma Mulia, Jakarta. This certificate is an appreciation manner of SKK Migas towards the active participation of oil and gas Cooperation Contract’s Contractor (“KKKS”) especially on this case is shown by Texcal Energy Mahato Inc.
The PTK-007 is a manual guideline for all procurement of goods and services activities conducted within Indonesia’s Upstream oil and gas sector issued by SKK Migas where it aims to provide an integrated and measured set of rules to be adhered to by all KKKS, to ensure that the procurement activities within Upstream oil and gas sector are transparent, unbiased, and accountable from all aspects, regardless the different backgrounds of those oil and gas companies operating in Indonesia.
