Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. successfully held the Celebration of 81th Indonesia Independence Day on 28 August 2026 with the theme “Embracing Unity in Merah Putih Competition”. The event Committee was HR Department and GA & IT Department. The event filled with engaging competition across department. 

The first event was the Independence Mascot Competition, where each department showcased its creativity by sending representative dressed in a mascot costume which reflected the theme of Indonesia’s 17 August Independence Day.

The next event was the Traditional Costume Competition, where each department presented on representative wearing a traditional Indonesian costume. Participants showcased the rich cultural diversity of Indonesia through their chosen traditional attire, while also demonstrating creativity in their presentation. 

The third event was the Tumpeng Challenge Competition, where each department demonstrated its creativity by preparing and decorating a tumpeng inspired by the spirit of Indonesia’s Independence Day.  

The final event was the Best Merah Putih Costume, where participant was selected based on their red and white accessories representing the spirit of Indonesia’s Independence Day.

This event was organized to commemorate Indonesia’s Independence Day while strengthening teamwork, fostering collaboration and enhance employee relationships to support the Company’s continued growth and success.
