One of the HSSE Department programs in 2024 is to conduct a Refreshment for Floor Warden Team, on June 18, 2024. Mr. Aditia Yuri from HSSE Department, led the session for Floor Warden Members.
The primary objective of the session was to ensure that the floor wardens have a comprehensive understanding of their duties and responsibilities in fire prevention and emergency response in the workplace.
It provided information on evacuation procedures during earthquakes and fires. Mr. Aditia Yuri also explained the functions and proper use of building evacuation facilities and instructed on how to assist workers during an evacuation.
Emergency Preparedness and Management shall be addressed due to minimize the event severity. The development of its procedure and personnel shall be firmed both in Jakarta Office and Field. The HSSE Department ensures Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. personnels have sufficient knowledge of Emergency Situation Management. The hierarchy of emergency teams are classified into three tiers. The first tier will involve the Jakarta Office/Site Emergency Response Team. The second tier will involve the Emergency Management Team and the third tier will involve the Crisis Management Team.
Jakarta Office Emergency Response Team will handle any event of emergency in Head Office. The existing team shall be led by on-scene commander and supported by Floor Warden for each floor and/or each department. The Floor warden shall coordinate with Mustering for the headcount at Muster Point. Also, the floor warden will make sure all personnels have been evacuated to the assembly point.
Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. strongly encourages all personnels proactively in emergency matters. Any harmful condition at worksite will be all responsibility since safety is everybody’s business.
