The SCM Department successfully collaborated with SKK Migas and other KKKS to conduct the first round of the SCM Summit, the Pre IOG SCM Summit 2024 Surabaya which held on the June 10-11, 2024 at The Westin Hotel, Surabaya with the theme Technology & Digitalisation. This Pre IOG SCM Summit in Surabaya was one of the three events that composed as “IOG SCM Summit 2024”, along with another the Pre IOG SCM Summit which to be held in Batam in July 2024, and the main IOG SCM Summit in Jakarta in August 2024.

Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. actively participate in these events which Mr. Choliq Triananta, PSCM Manager, served as the Regional Coordinator for both Pre IOG SCM Summit in Surabaya and Batam, while Mrs. Anindyasarathi Kusumawardhani from the PSCM Department served as the Secretary of the IOG SCM Summit’s committee.

On the first day of the opening, Mr. Choliq Triananta escorted the Alternate of the East Java Governor, the Vice Chairman SKK Migas, the Deputy of Business Support SKK Migas, and the Heads of SKK Migas Working Area Representatives. Mr. Choliq Triananta also accompanied Management of SKK Migas and Heads of SCM KKKS in visiting each booth at the exhibition.

At the evening event, Mr. Choliq Triananta presented the appreciation award to all speakers during Focus Group Discussion Formalities.

Besides the above names, other personnel of Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. who are attending the Pre IOG SCM Summit 2024 Surabaya included Mrs. T. Armilla Madiana and Mr. Zuniansyah, members of the PSCM Department. They attended the event for different agendas.

Mrs. T. Armilla Madiana was invited to the event for attending the meeting held by SKK Migas and Pertamina Patra Niaga in discussing the amendment of MoU between SKK Migas and Patra Niaga. Meanwhile Mr. Zuniansyah was attending the event to assist in the SKK Migas formalities booth, which presented their approach on handling formalities in this digital era.
