During the last Forum KapNas (National Capacity Forum) for Sumbagut area held at Batam, 12 to 13 July 2023, Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. emerged as one of the top 3 KKKS that collected many nominations and award for the Micro Small enterprises (UMKMs) among 7 (seven) PSCs in total that operate within Sumbagut area.
There were 7 (seven) categories contested for those UMKMs, namely: 1) the most products’ sales (top sales) via Tokopedia; 2) the best booth design; 3) the best video profile; 4) the widest sales network; 5) the most products’ variants; 6) the most innovative product; and 7) the most environmental and social-friendly product. From these categories all of Texcal’s supported UMKMs (CV. Aldi Multi Abadi, Batik Srikandi, and Ulie Oleh-Oleh) got nominations in 3 (three) categories as follows: 1) Top sales (CV. Aldi Multi Abadi and Ulie Oleh-Oleh Kampar); 2) best video profile (Batik Srikandi Sibuak); and 3) widest sales network (Ulie Oleh-Oleh Kampar).
Eventually those UMKMs could return home with their biggest smiles as they got on stage, receiving their awards and recognitions. The final results are as follows: Ulie Oleh-Oleh Kampar won the category of Top Sales where CV. Aldi Multi Abadi went second in the same category, Ulie Oleh-Oleh Kampar went second for category Widest Sales Network and Batik Srikandi Sibuak got 3rd position in the Best Video Profile category.
Alhamdulillah Texcal’s UMKMs achievements reflect the commitment and support from Texcal for the UMKMs sector within Sumbagut area.
