FIELD DRILLING ENGINEER
Job Roles:
- Responsible for all preparation and execute the drilling-workover-wellservice program, well engineering practice.
- Prepare to execute drilling-workover-wellservice program and program documents.
- Ensure all the Stock Tangible, Services to meet with Drilling program and operation meet the engineering practice, standard, time efficient, and cost effective.
- Make Sure all documents comply with PIS or PPP example: Berita Acara, Service job ticket and all documents that need verification for invoice.
- Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations, all services regarding the drilling program and job report on daily basis.
- Make a resume daily report and daily cost based on daily report from every service.
- Monitoring drilling material inventory, calculating material requirements, and providing material request to Drilling Engineer and Drilling Operations.
- Provides post-drilling technical summary including Lesson-learnt and final well reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering and Well Operations in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

FIELD HSSE SUPERVISOR
Job Roles:
- Monitor Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Security and Environmental programs implementation within worksite aspect and continuous monitoring of Health Risk and Health Impact within assigned worksite area.
- Monitor Security Management aspect e.g. Access Control, Physical Security and Personnel Security also legal aspects for all company asset and workers in Job site area.
- Manage HSSE Document and Records and report periodically as per HSSE Report Matrix.
- Participate in Process Safety and Asset Integrity Management through Process Hazard Analysis such as HAZID and HAZOP review and continue monitor the Process Hazard Risk at worksite.
- Initiate and Maintain Good Relation with local/regional Government of Indonesia and Local Community (Pemerintah, Local Police, Local Army, local mass organization, etc.).
- Initiate and Implement Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Communication through Campaign to reduce number incidents of illness/Injuries, environmental accident and other issues that may affect Health and Safety.
- Develop Health, Safety, Security and Environmental training matrix plan programs and implementation to provide awareness education.
- Monitor HSSE event and Perform Investigation of any HSSE events such as High Potential Near Miss and Incidents to address the root cause and the continuous improvement.
- Develop the baseline Health Safety Security and Environmental Management Systems such as Manual, Policy and Procedures.
- Conduct routine and non routine Health Safety Security and Environmental Assessment and conclude the main recommendations.
- Become the Role Model of Health Safety Security and Environmental Leadership to raise awareness all workers.
- Prepare and perform Health Safety Security and Environmental Audit & inspection for internal and external.
- Develop and Prepare the Emergency Preparedness and Response at worksite.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree any discipline with Industry Experience in the Management of Technical Function in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
- At least 8 (Eight) years’ experience in HSSE areas in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Hold certificate of Oil and Gas Health Safety Security and Environmental Supervisory Level by MIGAS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.

ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
Job Roles:
- Develop Environmental Governance within company’s business scope e.g. Environmental Management System, Environmental Procedures, Environmental Risk Assessment and Environmental Risk Register, etc.
- Monitor environmental events e.g. spill and loss of containment and other environmental case within Company’s Business.
- Monitor Environmental Risk and its control measures such as Prevention Program and Mitigation Program.
- Report the Environmental Performance for All Aspects e.g. Air Emission and Pollution Programs, Water and Waste Water Management Programs, Solid Waste Management included Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste and Soil Pollution Prevention Programs, Green House Gas Management and Sustainability Report.
- Report all Governmental Compliance Report in Frequently Basis following All Government of Indonesia Regulation.
- Develop Environmental Impact Document such as Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan (UKL-UPL), Analisa Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL), Environmental Baseline Assessment (EBA), and Environmental Final Assessment (EFA) based on Requirements.
- Conduct Environmental Inspection Program and Environmental Audit both Internal and/or External within Company’s Business and Government of Indonesia requirements.
- Engage with Environmental Stakeholders such as Government of Indonesia, SKK Migas and other external Stakeholders.
- Involve with other Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Programs and as a part of HSSE Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Industry Experience in the Management of Technical Function in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.

FIELD WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY TEAM LEAD
Job Roles:
- Determine spares materials inventory strategy and manage materials management.
- Execute and monitor petty cash usage and settlement at site and provide weekly update to PSCM Manager.
- Provide daily update covers inventory and warehouse operations.
- Execute material requests on daily basis.
- Monitor and provide daily report on fuel consumption and demand look-ahead to Site and Jakarta team both PSCM and other functions.
- Execute and monitor receiving and issuing of materials procedure underpinned by continuous improvement in all areas of accountability.
- Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
- Conduct cost variance analysis and schedule against needs.
- Monitor and update on regular basis on any related procedure to inventory and warehouse management.
- Monitoring of inventory traffic (in/out/usage materials).
- The implementation of the procurement process for goods/services according to the authorization level.
- The implementation of monitoring the realization of the implementation of the PO/Contract until the goods arrive or the contract is completed.
- The implementation of updating Vendor data.
- Propose the process of procuring goods/services according to the authorization limit.
- Propose Owner Estimate (OE) according authorization level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.

RESERVOIR ENGINEER
Job Roles:
- Analyze all test data and ensure accuracy of same and assist to design reservoir models.
- Monitor and analyze reservoir performance and collaborate with geoscientists and design development activities.
- Develop field plans for water injection and recommend improvements to same and perform analysis on all tests through standard applications and monitor all field and well performance.
- Support drilling activities & operations.
- Preparation of Study and Drilling Program to SKK Migas.
- Meeting and discussion with SKK Migas for related study.
- Support WP&B document preparation & discussion.
- Support AFE submission.
- GGR Study Monitoring & Project QC.
- Support Budgetary Planning for GGR Study.
- Support Close Out document preparation & discussion with SKK Migas.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Reservoir Engineer in Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.
- Abilities to use Petroleum Engineer software, conduct analysis and perform interpretation.
- Create informative and structured presentations and reports.
- Understand the WP&B processes & documents related to subsurface programs.
- Understand the AFE processes & documents related to subsurface programs.
- Understand the Close Out processes & documents related to subsurface programs.
- Knowledge in Drilling Operation.
- Data analytics for Decision Making.
TAX OFFICER
Job Roles:
- Assist with the calculation, preparation, reporting and payment of monthly and annual tax returns (Corporate Income Tax, Land and building Tax, Withholding Tax and VAT) through the Coretax system.
- Assist in monitoring tax payment deadlines and submission of SPT (tax returns).
- Perform tax reconciliations and tax journal entries.
- Support audits (i.e., Tax Audit and Joint Audit), including tax clarification letters (SP2DK).
- Coordinate with user and administrative teams to ensure completeness of daily transactions.
- Maintain close coordination with appointed tax consultant, if company engages the tax consultant for particular tax case.
- Assist in tax disputes process (i.e., Tax Objection, Tax Appeal and Supreme Court proceedings).
- Maintain systematic filing of tax documents.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Finance Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting.
- Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in Finance in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.
- Understand about tax regulations.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work professionally and effectively in individual as well as a team.
- Preferably holding Brevet A & B certifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, Coretax, and accounting systems.
