Alhamdulillah, Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. successfully held the Team Building 2025 on 11 – 13 December 2025 with the theme “One Team, One Dream, Stronger as One” and “Together We Achieve, Together We Are Excellent”. The Team Building Committee was a cross-department collaboration involving HR, GA & IT, Finance, HSSE, Subsurface, Legal & Counsel, and PSCM, reflecting strong team work across the department.
The event was conducted over three days and two nights, filled with engaging and memorable activities. On the first evening, a Department Talent Show was held, where each department showcased its creativity and talent through performances such as drama musical, dance, magic shows, musical performance, and many more. On the second day, all employees enjoyed an island-hopping trip to some beautiful destination. On second evening, all employees participated in a Back to the 80’s Party costume competition, creating fun, and nostalgic atmosphere. Last, the program concluded on the third day with a group photo session, capturing the spirit of togetherness and the memorable moments of Team Building 2025.
This Team Building 2025 was organized to strengthen collaboration across departments, enhance communication, build strong team work and encourage all employees to work together more effectively in supporting the company’s continued growth and success.
