Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. has conducted the Team Building 2024 on 13-15 December 2024 at Grand Mercure Hotel Bandung. The event featured the themes One Team One Dream Stronger As One and Empower The Growth Together We’re Bold which aims to foster stronger relationship and cohesiveness among employees and to ignite the spirit of achievement to achieve performance excellence for now and future. The Team Building committee 2024 is a collaboration between departments, consisting of HR, GA & IT, Finance, Subsurface and PSCM.
The event was held for three days, on the first day there was a show performance by employees, here employees were divided into several groups to practice and perform traditional Indonesian dances such as Saman Dance, Tor-Tor Dance, Kecak Dance, Kipas Dance and many more. Each group competes by presenting their dance performance at the night event, The assessment criteria for dance competitions consist of group cohesiveness, harmony of dance with music as well as expression. The Es Teh Manis group is the group that has received the highest score, the group has been crowned as the winner and has received medals plus prizes.
On the second day there was Texcal Raceventure, in this game, all employees are devided into several groups and each of them required to complete a series of missions, the activities begin with harvesting on agricultural land, selling the harvest at the market, and ending with the final mission on a tea plantation, the group that successfully completed the task the fastest was declared as the winner has received a medal and prizes. In the evening, all employees took part in a movie character costume competition, all the winners of the best costumes have received medals and prizes.
On the third day, all employees collaborated to complete the Big Puzzle Game which aims to foster stronger relationship and cohesiveness among employees and to ignite the spirit of achievement to achieve performance excellence aligned with 2024 Team Building objectives.
