Starting on December 2023, SKK Migas launched the Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) & Sertifikasi CIVD (Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database) applicable for all procurement people within KKKS who also been appointed as the verifiers in CIVD system.
The purpose of CIVD Bimtek is to equalize all KKKS verifiers’ competencies in verifying the vendors against the requirements of CIVD. Up to now, there were already 3 batches of CIVD Bimtek held by SKK Migas and supported by more than ten KKKS, with participants of CIVD Bimtek reaching around 100 persons from various KKKS.
CIVD verification plays crucial part in ensuring the integrity of procurement process held by every KKKS. As part of the program held by Supply Chain Strategy Working Group (Pokja SRS) of SKK’s PRS Division, certification for each CIVD verifier within KKKS is now considered mandatory, and CIVD Bimtek training for every KKKS certifier is prerequisite before the verifier will undergo the exams held by SKK Migas.
Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. fully support the CIVD Bimtek program by becoming one of the hosts of CIVD Bimtek Batch 1. It is also represented by its PSCM Operations Lead, Armilla Madiana, who is appointed by SKK Migas as one of the instructors for CIVD Bimtek since Batch 1 held on December 2023 until Batch 3 held on October 2024 at Bogor.
The CIVD Bimtek, besides fully espoused by SKK Migas (including its Pengawas Internal), also endorsed by Ministry of Investment/ BKPM, as the main object of verification process in CIVD is the business license of each vendor. Legality and financial status of each vendor must comply with the requirements of CIVD prior it can have its SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) issued from CIVD system so the said vendor could participate in tender(s) held by KKKS.
